Health

All our guests must be in good health and any medical conditions must be discussed before booking. We reserve the right to refuse boarding your pet if we feel that they are showing signs of illness or injury.

Rabbits must have had Myxomatosis and VHD vaccinations two weeks prior to their stay with us. You will need to bring your certificate from your vet when you leave your pet with us.

Your pet will not be mixed with any other animals, whilst in our care, except for their own hutch or cage friend.

In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill whilst in our care we will contact you as soon as possible and consult your vet. If your pet requires medical attention we will take them to the vet at no extra cost, but you will have to pay for any treatment they may need.

If the worst should happen and your pet passes away in our care, we will contact you immediately. We accept no liability should this happen. All pets are left at owners risk.

We are fully insured.

Collection

If you're going to be delayed for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate for this. You will be charged for every extra day your pet is kept in our care.

If any pet is not collected in 7 days we reserve the right to rehome him/her. Any fees relating to this must be paid by the owner.
